I am just a 16 yr old girl trying to reduce weight and I don't have any equipments, not even belt and those weights I honestly have hourglass shape naturally like smaller waist and widen hips and shoulders but I have gained a lot of belly fat from front and I have been following many tutorials for weeks since 4 months but what I feel is I get tired and have extreme body aches even after doing simple exercises for longer time and after seeing this video I don't feel I can do this much because I would be having no energy to wake up from bed next 3 days with extremely sore hips and thighs I swear also as I said I have no equipments but I still wanna do these I still wanna try even if I couldn't complete whole workout but atleast 5 mins slowly I'll get used to it :) Comment from : unknown |
