Im a former fit man who has become a fat bastard due to injury I only know how to train at 💯How do i pace myself & remind myself its a process without looking at the past ??? I am very lucky i have a strong base

That looks odd, i’m 70 kg, and can do like 5 or 6 push ups, so it represents 48kgbrI only bench 36 though… couldn’t 1RM 40, so this has to involve other factors than just weight

Guys, do dips, regular push ups, handstand push ups and one arm push ups 3 x 12 and you are done adjust the exercise to your current level every workout do 2 of them if you can reach 3 x 12 reps with 1 min rest between sets, belive me you are crazy strong and muscular

A super concentrated floor pushup gives you all you want if you want it Cheat your classic pushup and you will cheat your gains

Ayy! I actually tried doing this calculation for standard pushups, and I think it was 69 too, but I'm pretty sure the value is height-dependent, since the taller you are the more torque you can exert to lift the same mass

1 arm push ups are not doubling it you say 69 of bodyweight is being pushed by push ups i weigh 205 that would mean im pushing 143 pounds i can do 8 one arm pushups so by your logic i should be able to bench 290 for reps

Idk, when I was a near beginner I could do 10 push ups, but not bench press 65 of my bodyweight, or just barely maybe 1 rep This doesn't seem accurate
