i have a questionbri’m in great shape br160 pounds lean muscle brabs and all, i came a long waybri have a structured work out routinebrtoday was chest and shouldersbri work out 2 hours and cardio after for 2 hours (resistance bike) brshould i do 1,000 push ups after my work out? 250 decline, 250 incline, 250 diamond 250 push ups? or just rest??bri work hard at the gym too

You can get plenty big and strong doing pushups, for years that's all I could do amongst other bodyweight exercises, only weights I had were pillow cases full of magazines and a trash bag full of water, but if you do a thousand pushups every other day you'll have an amazing chest and triceps

I want to believe he's correct in saying that you should always push yourself to failure, but there are studies out there that suggest that stopping just shy of failure is not only better for recovery, but also hypertrophy

Been doing push ups for 2 months, I get spasms from pushing weight for my chest so push ups are all I can do for now, I have 7 weeks until I go to Orlando, I'm seeing results from the push ups, should I do 100 to 150 everyday or every other day with my curl exercises? Trying to get the chest as toned and big as I can in 7 weeks with push ups

I prefer using pushups to burn out at the end than to preload I also like to add a twist at the top (only one side each rep) to adduct the chest Fucking kills me I know I look like a pussy or a juicer because I'm not so small and can only do a few pushups like that When someone gives me the eye or snickers I just threaten to stick them with a dirty needle that shuts them up

FUUUuuuuck Okay I started off with 50 pushups a day after a month bumped it to 100, up to 300 a day brbrLooking at placement of my arms, I've been doing them wrong The Reason why I started was for pain reduction of lower back & leg aches & pain while walking brbrI'm going back to basics Thanks for the demonstration video Can't do floor or laying on floor Will have to add planking with 2 sets of slower pushups

Thanks dude, just came across your video today, you have given a couple wonderful tips and tricks to help correct my push-ups, am eager to start trying them I have been busting my ass off pushing for higher reps when really I need to focus a lot more than I realize on my form and engaging those muscles better Goes to show that even if you do only a few less than you normally do, if you work those muscles properly and slow down the work out you can get better results
