I've been doing these push ups for almost a year After achieving 10 muscle ups in a row, eating 12-15 eggs per day and months of taking creatine and lots of vitamins (especially B complex), I only achieved from 20 to 24 of this push ups in a row, demostrating how hard is this way of doing them brbrI hope to reach your 30 push ups in a while Thank's a lot for being a mentor for me and many others in this vital aspect of life

In the SADF we did push ups (not many admittedly) wearing your full battle kit on your back Or with a budy sitting on your upper back facing your legs If you managed 10 it was a miracle Push ups are the best strength building exercise with no equipment Unfortunately for me at age 66 I cannot do too many any longer

Yup I came across a fluid movement guys video claiming the burpee was a horrible movement and there’s no benefit Basically trying to get people to join his movement programs It’s hard to monetise a burpeebrbrThe push-up being a key component of the burpee movement shows here why it is that good and you don’t need to add flips or bounce it out into a handstand for gains
