SO ! it doesn't say that doing push ups reduces the risk, it just says that being able to do them shows that you are at a lower risk

I challenged myself to a 30 day burpee workout I'm on day 15 And i must say, they are getting easier and easier Especially considering I'm over my weight limit I'm going to continue after the 30 days too let's get to it fellas Health is really wealth 💯💯

In my Army days, we are not allowed to do fast pushups like him, because the momentum assists in the pushup We could only do counted and disciplined pushups, 20 reps x 3 sets We felt like we had done twice the amount when we finished This is what we call a proper pushup

What seems to help me in developing my chest are very slow push-ups while going both up and down (in a controlled manner), with a few seconds pause while down, almost touching the ground If done correctly, after the 3rd push-up you already can feel the burn in the chest, and I saw also results on my front deltoids, triceps and upper-back, in one month, doing 4 sets of 5 push-ups (until muscle failure), 4 times a weekbrbrEdit: instead of increasing the number of push-ups, I increase the time that I stay while down, until reaching muscle failure at the 5th push-up

My brother does like 400 a day 8 sets of 50 even though I've seen him do 102 in a row but he sticks to 50 and like 1500 sit ups and 100 at a time but there straight leg sit ups were his feet is held and 500 sicor kicks I think this is way to much but I think he's depressed and it helps him

Correlation versus causation People that can do 40 pushups (vs less than 10) could probably run a mile too I would argue that maybe exercises other than pushups are better to reduce risk of heart attack or stroke
