I agree with what you are saying but only for beginning lifters and early intermediate lifters After about 3 to 6 months it gets very hard (seemingly impossible) to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time Once you have worked your intensity level up as far as it will go It might be beneficial to cycle through fat loss and muscle building phases every 8 to 12 weeks Comment from : David Price |
