I used to be a big athlete in high school (soccer, kicker for football, and basketball, cross country in middle school) In 2014 I was in a severe single car accident and spent 13 days in a coma I had to relearn how to walk and everything I signed up for a 5k in October because I want to learn how to run again My chiropractic/functional neurologist suggested looking into this chi running technique Thank you for laying things out so clearly in this video!
