Awesome interview! Three different approaches with great results The biggest take from this is that our bodies adapt and change through diet training and age These changes will always keep us guessing about how we should adjust our individual training to continue improving I liked that this video covered the importance of pushing yourself but also touched on aerobic base training and how different speed training works different muscles to improve overall performance
