I actually wish i’d watched this video before starting the AX1 program to know what the hell i was doing I thought i was training for hypertrophy but the program is designed for strength! I wont say that i wasted 3 months of my time and energy because i wouldnt be here scouring youtube for knowledge if it wasnt for that journey Lesson learned and nevertheless thanks to Jeff for always giving us great fitness content
