Your videos are always so informative and helpful for runners like me who will do their 1st marathon You'll do great on Sunday Weather wise, we will be kind of chilly for Houston so not too bad I am doing it as well but just barefoot Naked feet So I am not expecting be fast just hoping to finish and survive it lol! This isn't related to the video, but I think you'll be able to help me It's winter here, I've been training on the treadmill, which gives me the opportunity to use equipment that I don't normally use, like an HR monitor I noticed that I'm at 190 and I frequently reach 220 whenever I push it on faster workouts Is this a bad sign? If it is, how can I bring it down? I also noticed that my body consumes a lot of oxygen during those high HR periods, which sometimes leads me to "heavy" breathing (it looks like I'm about to die really, hyperventilating and stuff) If you have a video or tips on how to improve my respiration I'd appreciate it Comment from : @nuno9733 |
