Your videos are always so informative and helpful for runners like me who will do their 1st marathon You'll do great on Sunday Weather wise, we will be kind of chilly for Houston so not too bad I am doing it as well but just barefoot Naked feet So I am not expecting be fast just hoping to finish and survive it lol! Best wishes for that day and thank you for sharing your knowledge with runners like me who have so much to learn and so many dreams to make come through:)

This isn't related to the video, but I think you'll be able to help me It's winter here, I've been training on the treadmill, which gives me the opportunity to use equipment that I don't normally use, like an HR monitor I noticed that I'm at 190 and I frequently reach 220 whenever I push it on faster workouts Is this a bad sign? If it is, how can I bring it down? I also noticed that my body consumes a lot of oxygen during those high HR periods, which sometimes leads me to "heavy" breathing (it looks like I'm about to die really, hyperventilating and stuff) If you have a video or tips on how to improve my respiration I'd appreciate it

Hey sage, the next day after a hard workout I feel completely recovered and fresh, but once I actually start running the next day my legs feel drained of energy and sluggish Is it normal to only feel the effects of a hard workout after you start running the next day
