You two have lately been bringing up the notion of "push off' or "paw back" Why not focus of knee kick instead? Newton's third law applies If you push knees forward faster, your stance foot pushes off reciprocally, utilizing your 'springs' (muscles and tendons) to maximum advantage, in perfect coordination (and hopefully your hip extension does better too) I recognize that at fast running speeds it feels hard to have enough stance time to get any traction, and therefore there seems to be a need to "push off" Shoes with a perfect match for the surface might do wonders for reducing the perceived effort Comment from : @ralphhancock7449 |

I have 2 suggestions for (us) consumers of your product: Sandi - you need a whistle to blow the half lap time when he's at the other side of the track Maybe he'll slow down to it Or walk the line as they do in cycling pursuit on the track to let him know how far up or down he is Regarding the sound, can you get a microphone that has wind protection with those long hairy covers? Great video, Are you planning on running in the Tracers for the Marathon? I've used them in 3 Marathons and they hold us fine They are significantly lighter than any other Hoka shoe Just wonderingDid I notice a little heel striking going on there?
