Well since I am not that well trained as you are, I tweaked this training 2x 800 mtr , 1x 400 mtr, 3000 mtr, 2x 800 mtr, 1x 400 mtr that worked for me at this moment hope day I will be able to the training as in this video

You two have lately been bringing up the notion of "push off' or "paw back" Why not focus of knee kick instead? Newton's third law applies If you push knees forward faster, your stance foot pushes off reciprocally, utilizing your 'springs' (muscles and tendons) to maximum advantage, in perfect coordination (and hopefully your hip extension does better too) I recognize that at fast running speeds it feels hard to have enough stance time to get any traction, and therefore there seems to be a need to "push off" Shoes with a perfect match for the surface might do wonders for reducing the perceived effort

You won't need to ask for more rest or cut workouts short if you listen to Sandi and start the workout more relaxed plus your form won't break down like it was there after that 5k

Great video guys and backed up by Strava data! I have 2 suggestions for (us) consumers of your product: Sandi - you need a whistle to blow the half lap time when he's at the other side of the track Maybe he'll slow down to it Or walk the line as they do in cycling pursuit on the track to let him know how far up or down he is Regarding the sound, can you get a microphone that has wind protection with those long hairy covers? Keep up the great work and good luck towards the marathon

Hey Sage, are those compression socks you're wearing? Now, are they a protection from cold, or are they compressing your muscles, ie helping with performance? Was thinking of buying one of those, but the price got me thinking WTF? And now I am thinking, clearly if it they help with performance, every top athlete in any marathon would be wearing them, so it must be just a marketing trick Or is it not?

Great video, Are you planning on running in the Tracers for the Marathon? I've used them in 3 Marathons and they hold us fine They are significantly lighter than any other Hoka shoe Just wonderingDid I notice a little heel striking going on there? Best of luck and health (as always)BTW Great Phone My GF still has the pantech duoIf it's not broke, dont fix it :)
