I did 2 days ago 15 x1000 at 03:23, rest between until 120 bpm, no 4-5 minutes rest in the middle, I would tell you man, this was extremely hard, god damn

Surely he ran those way harder than he needed to! Admittedly, this guy is a pro athlete and I'm just some guy who likes to run, so who am I to comment? But if at the end of a lactate threshold workout you say "I can feel the lactate" you've obviously gone beyond lactate threshold - not the point of the workout

Why do you say this is lactate threshold in your video title if this is obviously a much harder effort You keep wondering why your marathon times are slow? It’s because your running slow miles all day long in the mountains You would be a lot better runner if you just committed yourself to one race type It like a miler training for a marathon The miler will never run fast because he’s doing long slow running all the time You also spend so much time on the stupid heart rate and technical side of everything You think too much! Just chill and run Stop always worrying about your heart rate and data

Very good but if you want to finish the marathon in less than 2:20:00 you should do the breaks running slower (like 3:40), not resting for 1 minute!
