I do a variation of push pull legs but I split the front delt from push and the rear and lateral delt from pull and put them in a shoulder day This what my week looks like now, Monday chest and triceps, Tuesday back an biceps, Wednesday rest, Thursday shoulders, Friday legs, and Saturday and Sunday are rest It’s been pretty good and has been working I’m only 13 so I’m not really able to put on muscle super fast but I’m still making gains Comment from : man face gaming |
